Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
In 2020, voices sounding the need for racial and social justice gained strength in the United States and around the world. It was a chorus Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would surely have approved. In his 1963 Letter from Birmingham Jail, Dr. King wrote:1
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”
